Voting & the will of the people (free lecture)

Here in the U.S. most of us are very ready to exercise our franchise by voting in tomorrow's presidential election (you may have heard about this).

If you're tired of listening to campaign commercials, you might be interested in a free, 30-minute video lecture by Prof. Scott Stevens of James Madison University where he describes different types of voting models, their benefits and drawbacks.
